Raw material is procured as per standard & specification from approved vendors. R/M is inspected at receipt, coded for traceability & R/M sample sent for testing to a NABL approved lab.
After confirmation of R/M Test Certificate as per standard, material is handed over to production as per the requirement & schedule of the customer. All jigs & fixtures are used as & when required.
Product is inspected at various stages: Cutting R/M, sub-assembly level, Drilling, boring, milling, tag weld, and full weld. Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters are inspected time to time.
Final Inspection of the product and punching of supplier code for traceability at our dedicated Quality Gate, ensuring the product is 100% ready for dispatch.
Delivery of components to the respective company is made with all documents such as invoice, PDIR (Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report), and raw material test certificates, with proper packing & stacking.
Our dedicated Quality Gate and Finish Goods Area are the final checkpoints before your components leave our facility. This ensures nothing is missed and that all documentation is in order.
